1. Ordering & Payment


Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: MOQ varies depending on the specific product. For most standard lighting fixtures, we accept small trial orders. Please contact our sales team for the specific MOQ of the model you are interested in.

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes, sample orders are welcome for quality testing. Please note that the sample cost and all shipping expenses are to be borne by the Buyer.

Q: What are your accepted payment terms?

A: We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, and PayPal. For bulk orders, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% balance cleared before shipment.

2. Production & Shipping


Q: How long is the lead time for an order?

A: Production time depends on order volume and our current production schedule. Generally, it takes 7–15 days for standard products. Please note that all lead times provided are estimates and do not constitute a fixed delivery guarantee.

Q: Who is responsible for shipping and insurance?

A: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are EXW (Ex-Works) Guangzhou. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements, costs, insurance, and import duties. Once the goods leave our warehouse, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer.

Q: What should I do if the goods are damaged during transit?

A: As the risk transfers upon shipment, we strongly recommend Buyers purchase transit insurance. Any claims for damage during shipping must be filed directly with the carrier or insurance provider.

3. Customization (OEM & ODM)


Q: Do you offer OEM or ODM services?

A: Yes, AML Lighting provides professional OEM and ODM services. Please provide your detailed specifications or design files for our technical evaluation.

Q: Can I cancel or modify a custom order?

A: Once production has commenced for a custom (OEM/ODM) order, it cannot be canceled or modified. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

4. Technical Support


Q: Does your lighting work with my local voltage?

A: Most of our products are designed with wide-voltage power supplies (AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz). It is the Buyer's responsibility to confirm the local voltage requirements before placing an order.

Q: Do you provide on-site installation support?

A: We provide comprehensive remote technical support and user manuals. On-site installation is not included in the product price. If you require specialized technical guidance, additional service fees and travel expenses will apply.
