Year Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage & Period

AML Lighting ("Seller") warrants that its lighting products ("Products") shall be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR strictly from the date of shipment from our factory. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser ("Buyer") and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, AML Lighting’s sole obligation, at its absolute discretion, shall be to repair or provide replacement parts for any defective Product, provided the defect is confirmed by our technical department.

2. Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

This warranty is strictly limited and does NOT cover the following:

Consumable Parts: LEDs, lamps, bulbs, fuses, belts, batteries, and other parts prone to normal wear and tear.

Improper Use & Handling: Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, failure to follow operating instructions, or unauthorized modifications.

Environmental & Electrical Damage: Damage resulting from incorrect voltage connection, power surges, short circuits, or exposure to extreme weather conditions (unless the product is expressly rated for such environments).

Unauthorized Repair: Any Product that has been opened, dismantled, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Force Majeure: Damage caused by acts of God, including but not limited to lightning, floods, earthquakes, or fires.

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or normal fading of exterior finishes.

3. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

No Products may be returned without prior written authorization from AML Lighting.

To initiate a claim, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and photos/videos of the issue.

If a return is authorized, the Buyer is solely responsible for all shipping costs, insurance, duties, and taxes associated with sending the defective Product to AML Lighting, as well as the return shipping costs for the repaired/replaced Product.

AML Lighting reserves the right to send free replacement parts instead of requiring the entire fixture to be returned.

4. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AML LIGHTING BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, event cancellations, or claims by third parties. In all cases, AML Lighting’s maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the defective Product.

5. Final Interpretation

AML Lighting reserves the right to the final interpretation of these warranty terms and may update this policy at any time without prior notice.
