1-Year Factory Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)
We stand behind our engineering. AML LIGHTING provides a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty against any inherent manufacturing defects or component failures (e.g., optical misalignment, motherboard errors, motor malfunctions) under normal operating conditions.
Free Spare Parts: We supply 100% brand-new, original replacement parts.
Zero Shipping Cost: International courier fees (DHL/FedEx) for warranty parts are completely covered by us.
Technical Guidance: 24/7 remote engineering support and video tutorials for seamless part replacement.
Transit & Logistics Damage
Our heavy-duty cartons and flight cases are touring-ready. However, physical damages or structural deformations incurred during international ocean freight, air transport, or local delivery are explicitly covered by logistics insurance, not the factory warranty.
Immediate Action: Clients must inspect all packages upon arrival.
Reporting Protocol: Photographic/video evidence of damaged outer packaging and internal fixtures must be submitted to the logistics carrier and AML within 48 hours to successfully trigger the insurance claim.
User-Induced Damage & Misuse
Failures resulting from human error, severe operational negligence, or external environmental disasters (Force Majeure) are strictly excluded from free warranty coverage. In these scenarios, the client assumes the cost of replacement parts and shipping.
Beyond the 1-Year Mark: Lifetime Engineering
The expiration of your 1-year warranty does not end our partnership. AML LIGHTING guarantees Lifetime Technical Support for every moving head, wash, or laser fixture we produce. Out-of-warranty spare parts will always be available to our clients at transparent, factory-direct cost prices, ensuring your lighting inventory remains touring-ready for years to come.
