Overview

In March 2026, MEGAPORT Festival took place in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, as one of Asia’s most representative outdoor music festivals. Featuring multi-stage operations and high-intensity live production, the event required a stage lighting system capable of delivering both performance consistency and environmental reliability.

AML LIGHTING deployed its IP65-rated professional stage lighting system for this project, supporting large-scale outdoor stage illumination and layered visual presentation.

Lighting System | Engineering-Level Description

AL-MH1960IP 19×60W Mega Wash (IP65)

The AL-MH1960IP served as the primary wash system for the main stage, designed to deliver high-output illumination and wide-area coverage in large-scale outdoor environments.

With a 1500W high-power system and a 19×60W RGBL LED configuration, the fixture ensures strong brightness and uniform wash across long distances. Its 4.5°–60° motorized zoom allows seamless transitions between tight beams and wide wash effects.

The multi-layer pixel control system (bee-eye effect) enables dynamic visual expression beyond traditional wash lighting, while its IP65-rated construction ensures stable operation under humidity, wind, and salt exposure typical of harbor environments.

AL-MH760IP Nano Wash Moving Head (IP65)

The AL-MH760IP was deployed as a layered lighting and dynamic effects unit, complementing the main wash system with flexibility and precision.

Equipped with 7×60W RGBW LEDs and background lighting, it enhances both primary illumination and visual depth. Its 3.5°–45° motorized zoom supports both mid-range wash and tighter beam applications.

With pixel mapping capability and high refresh flicker-free performance, the fixture is suitable for both live shows and broadcast environments. Its compact design and IP65 rating make it ideal for touring and multi-stage setups.
